Rentals

The condominium units at the Kona Billfisher are Fee Simple properties. Owners are responsible for the rental of their unit(s) and notifying the Front Desk in writing. The Kona Billfisher does not act as a real estate or rental agent.

Ownership of a unit is for a time period from the 15th day of a month to the 13th day of the next month. Owners may rent any portion of their ownership time. The owner is responsible for the collection of rental fees and full disclosure of additional fees and policies. 

How Do You Post Your Unit For Rent?

1.  Sign in using the blue Owner Login button in the menu bar above.

2.  Using the menu bar navigate to Rentals.

3.  Click on the Submit New Rental button on the top right of the Rentals page.  Please note: this button is not available if you are not signed in.  

4.  Fill out the Rental Form, enter in your payment details, and press Submit.

 

Rentals can be posted for a fee of $30.00 and include one free edit.  Additional edits will be assessed $15.00.  Every listing, whether comprising separate units or split-time availability, is regarded as a distinct rental. As such, each one will require its own designated post and rental fee.
